Who would you want to make Naruto if Kishi stopped?

Title says it all. In my opinion I would want the creator of Bleach (Tite Kubo) or the creator of Full Metal Alchemist (Hiromu Arakawa), they both made incredible Manga and Anime, their illustrations were phenomenal! Who do you guys think?
