Orochimaru. Only he could have taught you the Kirin. Only Orochimaru has more knowledge than Tobi. And, we all know Tobi knows just about everything about every clan. We also know how superior Sasuke became to Naruto in the span of time he spent with Oro, vs Jiraya. Jiraya is more of a comic relief.
