Im pretty sure the only person to actually need saving here would be kakashi (unless he kumai-ed himself out of them). Both uchiha can use fire style to burn the ropes, gaara has his sand to manipulate, and naruto has nine tails mood (the chakra tails will get the ropes).

If they chakra-infused-you-cant-do-shit ropes then gaara

gaara can get out on his own, he doesnt need hand signs to munipulate sand he can make it outta thin air, so he can untie naruto and kakashi, and if he doesnt wanna untie itachi or sasuke they can use the sharingan to make him do it..lol
