Well, itachi and sasuke will use amataresu on everyone else and kill them. since both of them can extinguish the flame, they cant kill each other, then itachi used tyukoyomi in who ever is going to pick sasuke instead of him, and that person will save itachi.

So itachi is the Last Man Standing and only Choices
