If you had that type of pull with Kishimoto, who would you tell him to revive? Your chosen character would stay alive until death of natural causes. The restriction is No sage nor his sons, no shinobi that have already died of natural causes and no shinobi that had any sort of disease.
I would revive Kakashi's dad, just to see him in a fight.
