Truthfully I rather see neji surpass him xd. He would need like some devastating atttack that either explodes people or a strong wind attack!!! But that's all up to kishi :ghehe:

I feel like he's been held back long enough and should get an instant upgrade to make the hyuga clan look like the $h!t again! xd. But it may never happen :T_T:
