No she doesn't lol go back and read part 1, both Naruto and Sakura had similar reactions to the same things. Both reacted the same to the chalkboard eraser hitting Kakashi, Naruto transformed into Sasuke said the exact same thing Sakura wanted him to say while she was thinking about what might happened before Naruto as Sasuke arrived. Both were called annoying by the one they like. Both were going to open the scrolls in the Chunin exams. And Sakura started to like Naruto more after Sasuke told her Naruto risk death to save her from Gaara; similarly Kushina didn't like Minato until he saved her.

Only logical choice is Sakura, he loves her and loving someone means not giving up on them and showing them you care. Sasuke already voiced he doesn't like her, Sakura use to say she didn't like Naruto but that changed and Naruto said he'll tell her how he feels after saving Sasuke. Sakura's been right by Naruto's side through many big events in his life and there's something there, if they start something then its more easy to see how and if not then ok. Nothing really puts Naruto and Hinata together but her feelings for him, I would think differently if she talked to him more than 6 times in the manga, tried to hangout with him and get to know him without stalking him.
