Hashirama is too nice and is kinda weak compared to rest

Sasuke is too cold

Madara is perfect if he was your sensei.

Honestly, neither are a big help, unless the student has a special quality similar to theirs.

Naruto would help if you were a jinchuriki.

Hashirama could help if you had wood kkg.

Madara could help if you had Sharingan.

Sasukesama could help if you had Sharingan also. However, considering we were an average shinobi, I would choose him because he has excellent kinjutsu, is versatile, has the most creative & practical variations & use of his nature affinity.
