Too bad it's not a multi choose thread..Oh well I would go with Kabuto/Tsunade.
I have many on my list 
Tsunde (place for new hokage), Madara (villain), orochimaru (should finally die), gai (he used 8 gates and should just say his last words, but I wouldn't hat it if he survives), probably kakashi with obito together ( ultra epic death for both, but not nescessary), Ohnoki( he's old), the guy in spiral zetsu and finally the final villain: The Ramen Guy, we all know he would be the most dangerous opponent for the whole shinobi world when he begins to use his secret cook-techniques, no one would surive!
