Tobirama

Kisame

Shisui

Itachi

Danzo

1. Despite having immense power, Tobirama sacrificed himself entrusting the next generation and protecting his home. He also was a rational and intelligent leader who built the fundamentals of his village.

2. Kisame took the most honorable step of the Akatsuki. Sacrificing his life in order to keep the plans of his Nakama alive.

3. Shisui was a true shinobi as he sacrificed his remaining sight to try and make sure that Danzo would not get it. He also tried to persuade his clan to stop....but was Danzoblocked.

4. Itachi acted as a shinobi, and defended his village at the cost of his family; however, he took his actions by placing it all on himself, and not putting his trust in others.

5. Danzo was a great shinobi in the mind frame that he wished to guarantee the safety of his home; however, he faults in his willingness to sacrifice those who make up the village.

They are all honerabel and "true" shinobi; however, their actions become more flawed as you go down the list.

I'd say it's a close tie between Tobirama and Itachi but Itachi wins tie due to what he sacrificed for the village. Tobirama sacrificed life, but Itachi sacrificed life, reputation, and the lives of his family and clan.

Why is Danzo getting high ratings? Didn't he plot with Orochimaru to take over the leaf, I understand he tried to do what he felt was best but I feel like collaborating with a rogue ninja (especially Orochimaru) to destroy his own village isn't honorable in the slightest.
