1. Itachi , reason why, genjutsu tsukiyomi perfect to infiltrate villages



2. naruto, reason why, shadow clones can cause a distraction and all out brute force

Jiraiya And Itachi: Why? because they're polar opposites when it comes to personality and it would be fun + they can cover each others weakness like jiraiya not being as adept at genjutsu (w/o Ma n Pa) and itachi's Stamina not being able to keep up in longer fights.

reasons why ???

Assuming this would be a sneaking mission (I still like to believe there are actual ninjas in NV ^^) they would be great picks.

They´re both quite intelligent and have no problems in creating alternate tactics, should anything happen.
Kakashi has the sharingan, which is a nice advantage and Shikamaru would be great for slealthy assassinations with his clan techs.
