Minato is probably the worst sensei up there (look what happened to his team), i dont know how he is winning the pole.

I would say either Madara or Orochimaru

What happened to his team says nothing about how good of a sensei he was. Obito turned out the way he is because he is a little b*tch. And Im still waiting on the explanation of why Kakashi killed rin.
