Who would you be?

My friend asked me who I would be off Naruto if I had the chance. I really didn't have a good answer. If you could have the looks of one person and the abilities of another, who would you be? It doesn't have to be separate people, if you like everything about one person, just state why.

I think I would go with Madaras looks (when he was young), with Mei's abilities (assuming she can use all of her elements to a great extent).
