Darui defeated brothers Kinkaku and Ginkaku(who fighted Tobirama and survived),I don't know if Kakashi could do that

he used to have less chakra. now his chakra levels should be good. without sharingan hampering his chakra levels, its a good bet his chakra levels are normal levels for a jonin at this point.

Kakashi's made his fighting style revolving around the sharingan, now that he doesn't have the sharingan he should lose

In ninjutsu Kakashi has more variety but in quality of the jutsu they are equal or Darui is better

In taijutsu (kenjutsu inluded) Darui is better, he easily won against Suigetsu and Kinkaku was fodder when it comes to Kenjutsu

In speed Darui is probably faster as he was speedblitzing Kinkaku and Ginkaku
In strenght they didn't show much but Darui seems stronger...

In stamina Darui rapes, wielded the sage's tools without much problem and keps fighting the whole war
