Well first lets understand that neither of them are gods. All Minato really has to do is lay a hand on Hashirama (which I'm not saying is easy to do) but that's the same for Hashirama getting a hand on minato. I also assume that Minato will have back up plans in place incase he gets trapped (flying lightning). I say it's a pretty even match. But of course this is just my opinion.
