Actually I don't know really Minato is good at sealing and does know the reaper sealing method depends though I'm going to go with

Since you said chakra mode; I assume you mean KCM Naruto...

All of Naruto's Rasengan variants and Mini-TBB are absorbed via Preta Path, same with Minato.

Gamabunta is fodderized by Shinra Tensei just like he was when he fought Pain with Naruto.

Minato's speed doesn't mean anything if he can't hurt Madara....but his wide scale Mokuton like Jukai Kotan and the Flowering Tree World will help him get Minato.
