I don't think anyone can answer that. We have yet to see most of these characters being pushed to their limits.

And who knows how powerful the Sage of the Six Paths is... After all, he was the creator of the ninja world...

Madara- iono how he deveopeed now, but he seems to have evenbetter FTG than 4th. HE can cause real troubles.

I disagree. He wrote sage of six paths.
If he meant Pain, then option number 1 without a doubt.
If he meant THe creator of NInja world, who also had Rinnegan, then maybe 1 !

That isn't so easy to answer, since we really don't know all the true powers of the sage of 6 paths (either you mean the founder or pein) and of the Raikage.
But most of all we still don't know what madara is capable of.

Yes i know, the 1st won Madara in the past, but now many many years have passed and Madara got even stronger >.>
Still, i believe that Minato along with Naruto could win Pein, 3d could win the Raikage and Jman the 8-tails easily^^
