neji. he has med ranged jutsu, short range and a shield like jutsu also up close combat =shika's funeral. plus shika's stamina isnt all that great and he's slow and neji is fast. Yes shikamaru may have an IQ of 200 but neji isnt stupid so he wont be as easy to trick as someone as dumb as hidan would. Tho im not sure if shadow possesion can get thru nejis rotation. It would be a good fight tho.
