Hinata would take this she only needs to touch Sakura to disable her fighting ability.
Sakura doesn't have the speed or skill to hit her quick enough, with the chakra points on her arms cut off she can't heal herself or use her chakra enhanced strength.

Hinata takes this quite easily really.

And how can Hinata hit her when she can brake the ground under her oppenents? She can kill Hinata without touching her. She can throw giant rocks and trees toward Hinata, etc.

I think hinata wins but it is going to be real tuff.sakura strength is going to be a huge factor but if hinata can find away to not get hit she can win.she will need to really use her eyes to see thru sakura's attacks.if sakura hits hinata just once i will say that she would win.i think hinata could pull this victory out
