dont forget itachi held his own in a taijutsu scuffle wit narutos km, not saying naruto wouldnt win against itachi but madara would surely do better than itachi

SM is not allowed. He can only use KM and BM, but he can use his speed or chakra arms though

Madara by a landslide. The dude was proficient in Taijutsu according to canon stats. Naruto doesn't stand a chance. Add his sharingen detecting and move reading ability and it's just insult to the injury.

Naruto has Frog Katas, which is perfect weapon against Sharingan users. Sharingan can see chakra, not pure, nature energy. Narutos attack would be invisible to Madara. If he tried to fight SM Naruto in Taijutsu battle, he would be beaten badly.
