the hyuuga. unless the uchiha just watch tiger woods play and copy his abilities i suppose... not sure if the hyuuga's superior body control or the uchiha's weapon mastery would prevail, but dojutsu wise the byakugan is better for golf =D

I don't see either of those being much of a help.
Maybe the Sharingan could help with putting and Byakugan could probably help with driving a bit.
