This is basically Hashirama vs Madara as when Shinsuusenju and PS come out, everyone else will die in the crossfire. Though Minato and Tsunade can actually offer good support for Hashirama due to their moveset (ST Barrier, Healing), can't say the same for Itachi and the 3rd Raikage.

Team 1 wins.
