Who would u give a power up to and what/why

My wish is for gaara to get a new power in addition to sand seeing as him and old man onooki r friend I would like him to teach gaara dust release he already has wind release (I mean idk if he still have it it's on his bio)
All he has to do is learn fire and earth release or he can make new dust release with sand

Imean onooki doesn't have anyone lined up to learn it I think it's possible lml in future naruto with everybody kids

I feel that gaara is right under naruto (well not right under cuz naruto is friends with kurama and would pawn him) and tied with sasuke it's just tht he needs new ability I mean naruto and sasuke got so many new abilities its crazy cant he get one ..
But yeah thts my wish

Kakashi because the sharingan takes up his chakra too easily and it seems as if Obito can pawn him because of the senju DNA which in a way is unfair and also I dont see him use enough Lightning techs like Sasuke or Aa does, I would of said Minato but hes dead

Minato....a stronger jutsu than rasengan...he was the hokage and the strongest move we've seen is rasengan and not saying rasengan is weak or that he doesn't have a stronger move, he might but we haven't seen it

Sai/Sakura need power ups to show that all of team 7 are the strongest of their generation. Sakura could end up being the strongest medic ninja which is extremely important and Sai could be in charge of the police force or anbu after the war

Shino needs a power up. He's got no new power and time in the manga.
