Some people still say that Kaguya being an alien from another dimension or planet doesn't fit into the story and that it doesn't make sense. They then come with the reasoning that Kaguya gained her appearance after eating the fruit and that she is from Earth. In actuality however, it would make no sense for Kaguya to not be an alien.

Consider the following questions and you will see why:

1. First of all, who ever said that her appearance was what made people think she was an alien? Why do people make that assumption and then proceed to tell us "she gained that appearance after eating the fruit"?

2. Black Zetsu stated that Kaguya wanted to turn everyone into a white zetsu army that is to be used in battle. If everyone on Earth is under the infinite tsukuyomi being turned into white zetsus, then who would Kaguya be fighting other than someone that is not from Earth? There is nobody left on Earth to fight (besides team 7 and the edo hokages)!

3. When Naruto asked Hagoromo if he was an alien, Hagoromo said that Naruto was not far off. Why would Hagoromo say this if everyone in his lineage was completely human?

4. Hagoromo said to Naruto, "My mother came to your land from a far away place". Why would it be "your land" and not Kaguya's land as well? Where would "your land" refer to (especially in the case of Naruto who wasn't born and therefore had no land)? Konoha was not established yet and the land of fire probably wasn't established either, so how would it even be accurate to use the word "your" towards Naruto?

5. Why do people use the stupid logic that Madara said that Kaguya was a princess to validate their claims of Kaguya being a human? Princess does not mean human princess. Have you not heard of an alien princess?

Please answer these questions. It would really make no sense for Kaguya to not be from either this other dimension or another planet.

My best guesses here:

1. She looks similar to Obito and Madara after they absorbed the Juubi (which came from the tree), so the appearances should be related (to an extent).

2. She may not necessarily want to fight anyone with the army; maybe she just wanted power, control, servants, etc. An "army" doesn't always need to be for war; it may be a reference to simply having a huge amounts of followers.

3. Probably because he's literally the "god" of all shinobi; gods and aliens can be seen as relatively close things (think DBZ; Kami was an alien but also the "god" of Earth).

4. The continent that they live on probably isn't the only mass of land on the planet. They travel from country to country in a matter of weeks; the continent doesn't seem big enough to account for the entire planet.

5. I've yet to see anyone actually use this as an argument, but whatever floats your boat.

1. I see your point.

2. Black Zetsu specifically used the word battle. He actually said, "You can't send ordinary humans to do battle". Kaguya clearly wants to use this army for battle.

3. He is not a God. That is just a nick name he got after beating the juubi. People use the term God erroneously to describe someone with great power. I don't mean to start religious debate or insult anyone who is not religious, but simply having great power does not make you a God.

4. It is not just about the continent. Hagoromo said "your land" to Naruto specifically. What land can be attributed as Naruto's land if Naruto wasn't even born? If he was saying "your land" referring to humans in general, what land do all humans share? The only logical answer is Earth.

5. Trust me. I've seen it.

Since kishi likes to use religion in naruto i see that this could be Kaguya being banished from the god realm she was sent to earth (planet) to do some learning to watch and protect earth but something happened an interference that she ate the shinju fruit and became posessed and became evil. Her Representation of creating an army was ment to taking on the gods that sent her to the cursed planet earth. (This would be similar to DBZ where goku was sent to destroy earth but hit his head and became the savior in a way). Also could be similar to the fallen angel Lucifer and the first time the infinite tsukuyomi showed was the first reckoning but was stopped by Kaguya's sons. Now it has repeated the process and the 2nd reckoning has come it is about time that it would be stopped and somehow the cycle will be stopped differently then it was before. But this is just my opinion sorry for rambling.

1. Cool.

2. That's a strange one. There is always a possibility of her having more plans. If the world of Naruto does in fact have more continents, it could be for that purpose (mainly because someone would need an amazing argument to convince me that there's no other land on their planet).

3. I know he isn't actually one, but it's what the name means to people; he's an extremely powerful being that seems to surpass space/time itself, considering he spoke with NAruto/Sasuke from out of nowhere who knows how long after he had been dead. "Alien" can mean a few things, even if it's just a synonym for "foreign".

4. "Your land" could easily denote a specific continent, even if Naruto wasn't born yet. Even though none of us were alive when America was founded, it is still "our land". If I somehow spoke to a British general from the eighteenth century about their war with America, and I said I was an American, he'd probably make references to America being "my land" ("when I attacked your land", etc.). It could just be a way of saying it. Although there is always the chance that what Kishi said made much more sense in Japanese than it is in English.

5. Seems like a weird argument in general.

Overall, I wouldn't really rule out that possibility of her being some sort of alien. Anything's possible (especially with Kishi...). I just wouldn't place all my bets on her being alien. Considering how the story's developed recently, I wouldn't be surprised it we learned she was actually some demon goddess that descended to Earth to make an army to fight other gods. Or that Black Zetsu actually controls Kaguya. I've kind of given up on being surprised by these things at this point.

1. You keep mentioning continents, but the genjutsu got everyone on Earth. Not just one continent. That would still leave nobody for Kaguya's army to fight.

2. While this is a possibility, Kishi has never really expounded on continents and the geography of the Naruto world. For him to suddenly refer to continent as opposed to village or country would be out of place. It would especially also be too much of a coincidence if the shinju just happened to be located where Naruto's continent was.

3. I just remembered this one. Let us not forget the: The Earth is my nursery line. Kaguya talks about the earth as if she is foreign to it.

I do like your fallen angel idea though.

Personally I think she is an alien and the story about her eating the chakra fruit from the god tree is a lie written by BZ... so I do agree that she isn't from the naruto world...
