I'd say the Uzumaki or the villain are the best bet for the end sealers. Maybe that was "that jutsu" Jiraiya was talking about (unless that was already covered) so you never know!

Well I think none of the above or any other, for the mere fact that sealing the Juubi would only postpone this event from happening at a later stage, the Juubi must be destroyed to free the world (especially the Uchiha) of evil
