Clearly one of the two, Sasuke or Sakura would have to be at fault.

1) Sakura :- If she did not tell Sasuke, he had a child(doesn't matter hers or Karin's). Thus depriving father and daughter of each other for 13 years.

2) Sasuke :- If he knew the child was his(doesn't matter with Sakura or Karin ) and he did not visit her ever and deprived her of fatherly love.

Who would you want to be at fault, because one of them is going to be faulty at least.

I agree with you with regards to you with regards to who is at fault in each particular circumstance. Either way, as of now, the Sasuke/Sarada/Sakura thing is a massive mess and is kind of hilarious. I don't care about who ends up being more at fault though.
