Okay, this a hypothetical situation in an alternate universe. In other words, the situation that I have described below isnt a representation of the Naruto manga. Therefore, if i am bashing any characters, just remember, this an alternate world.
K, here's the situation, (just suspend ur disbelief on the characters)
Both 13 year olds Obito and Naruto are drowning in the ocean on opposite ends of a ship. On the ship, only Minato can swim and he only has time to save one person, who would he save
So here are the stipulations
Minato knows Obito since he was 5 or 6 (depends on when he graduated from Academy)
So they know each other pretty well
In fact, they are so close to one another in that Minato sees Obito as a little brother
And they both share the same dream
On the other hand
Minato has never seen Naruto before
He doesnt who he is or where he came
This is the first time he has ever seen his face
However, he just found out that Naruto is his son
Who would Minato save

When Obito turns 21, he will propose to Rin on Christmas Eve on a snowy night at the bench of where they used to have those conversations with each other. Rin will say yes and then she will proceed to tell Obito thats shes pregnant. They are both happy.
If Minato saves Naruto, then Obito dies
5 yrs pass by, Rin is in front of Obito's grave. She misses Obito a lot. Naruto comes from behind and rapes her repeatedly in front of Obito. He then decapitates her head. Minato commits suicide. Naruto becomes Hokage
