There is one image that is not opening for me, is it kakashi cause he would be the one.

As some one who has to work with a team to fight off opponents like akatsuki, pein, edos etc he would be the ideal one to lead in time of crisis.
He is also level headed and not an extremist like Danzo or itachi who would slaughter people, even people like Raikage immediately trusted him over Danzo.

A leader really should someone who works along side others not one who is a loner or merely wants to sit on a throne.

We've seen Sasuke in leader positions several times. Itachi is imo way too passive/shy. Hokage is not a title he'd like to have.

I'd say Sasuke would be the best Hokage because he'd get shit done unlike many others. There's a difference between justice and simply forgiving everyone.

He has the mentality, but I don't think he would have the drive. He only did what he did because his clan and the people of the leaf were in danger.
