Who would make the best Edo?

Dead or alive who would be the best with being edo? I feel like Muu or Oonoki would be just because they can fly and Dust Release is OP combined with infinite chakra.

Muu is clearly not the best based on his performance in the series. I can't see Oonaki being too much better. Clearly the answer is Hashirama, Madara, or perhaps the Sage of the Six Paths.
