who would make a good(new)sensei

so who do you think would make a good sensei for naruto now jiraya is dead?

naruto needs new tec in wind and whatever his other element may be also his mother and father were good with seals so who could teach him these things?

kakashi is still is teacher i know but he cant teach wind he doesnt have wind and as i have never seen him use seals i dont think he is all that great at them so who is left to teach naruto if anyone ?

Kakashi does know wind do to the Sharingan and Tsunade might train him in sealing Jutsu.
