You don't know what KO means... I'm pretty sure the villain is still breathing, conscious, talking, meaning he's not KO'd in any way...

sakura's punch does damage to kaguya...so more powerful punch= more damage ,maybe she can break kaguya's neck

The punch did not hurt Kaguya all it did was prevent Her from going up and Naruto can sense were She is going. Sakura helped but Kaguya was going to be sealed one way or another.

The punch is debatable, but the dimension opening isn't. Kaguya would have won easily had she not sought to take their chakra first. She chose to kill them later. The whole fight was preposterous.
