Itachi fought Sasuke while being severely sick + he was holding back.. I don't think Sasuke with a MS would've been that much of a difference.

Sasuke can Spam his susano'o and amaterasu all he wants he won't get past Itachi's Yata mirror anyway.

no he can't he just unlock then disappear.. he hadn't use it for attack like itachi did.. itachi was sick and just MS and use it very very well unlike sasuke sorry. reread my comment and understand what i meant

Well... Itachi was an Edo in his latest performance while he was sick when fighting Sasuke, so that's a big jump. I guess it's just how much you think Itachi was truly holding back against Sasuke at that time.

This could go either way. Itachi has two advantages; Yata Mirror and Tsukiyomi. The latter is useless against Sasuke, as according to Itachi himself, only the only with the same blood as him can escape from it. Sasuke on the other hand, has a huge advantage of Amatersu Variants for Itachi to handle. Yata Mirror blocks all attacks, but as Sussano is still chakra, I doubt it'll block Amatersu, which could prove to be problematic for Itachi.

Sasuke also has a lot of Variants of Chidori as he's an outstanding raiton user. Itachi has shown no noticeable feats to block this without his yata mirror and let's not forget how he was barely able to survive Kirin even with his Sussano. Both sides have equal chances of winning.
