Who would have a perfect or close to perfect data book score in base?

I think Tobirama would have the closest score to perfect in base, the only section where a 5 is debateable is genjutsu. I think he would have a 5 in genjutsu because he fought against the Uchiha countless times and should be well versed in genjutsu.

EMS Madara also should be pretty close to perfect, as well as minato and prime Hiruzen.

Obito would not have a perfect score, wtf people? The Databook is based on versatility.

-He does not have a 5 in genjutsu, or Intelligence (4 in Genjutsu, 4.5 in intellgence, Obito has never used Genjutsu in fights except against Kakashi which failed, and a near death Konan)

-The only character with evidence from the manga that has a perfect score is Madara.

-Edo Itachi is arguable because the Databooks were before he had Susano'o and Izanami. He also had a taijutsu feat in the war arc of him going toe to toe with KCM Naruto.

-Hashirama does not have a 5 in genjutsu...

-Tobirama does not have a 5 in genjutsu, and strength

-Prime hiruzen does not have a 5 in genjutsu

-Minato does not have a 5 in genjutsu, stamina, and strength (arguable)

-Tsunade doesn't have a 5 in multiple categories

-Danzo doesn't have a 5 in intellgence, or in genjutsu (Izanagi is ninjutsu)

-None of the other kages have perfect scores.

We're not talking about perfect scores.

-Tobirama would have a 5 in strength considering he cracked a wall by placing his hand on it (chapter 620). He may have a 5 in genjutsu since he fought Uchiha all his life, but that's not exactly a valid argument to give him a 5. I'd give him a 4 in genjutsu.

-Part One Hashirama was able to completely trap Hiruzen with Bringer of Darkness, and that was a weakened Hashirama. He definitely deserves a 5 in genjutsu.

To crack a wall with Chakra is such a argument for 5 Points ? lol
