Who would have been a better Hokage-Tsunade or Jiraya

Yeah I agree but I think their feats are equal. Without jiraiyas knowledge the whole village would most likely be gone. But yeah man I think if they shared the title it would be even better for Konoha. Like say jiraiya is the leader over the shinobi and tsunade handles paper work.

Or rather something like Jiraya on the front lines, offensive and Tsunade on the back lines, deffensive. xd

If Jiraya would've been around when Pein attacked Konoha, I am sure that there wouldn't be any casualities. xd

They are both great characters, but responsability-wise, Tsunade takes it.

There is more to being the leader of a whole village than strength. Jiraiya had already admitted that Tsunade would be a much better hokage than himself and thats why he went on that mission to find her

Obviously Tsunade since she is more smarter than Jiraiya and her skills are more suited to defend the village from an all out attack just like she demonstrated against Pain. Jiraiya is also a pervert and who wants some perv to rule an entire village. Just imagine what the village would be like if Jiraiya became Hokage.

Jiraya himself admitted that Tsunade is better than him for the role, and it's true. The Hokage must protect the village, and Tsunade with her healing jutsus is far more better
