He knows a shitload of jutsu and it's not because he's got the sharingan so he knows how to actually learn techniques. I'd also get the badass Enma summon.

Sasuke, Itachi or Danzo (if i did not have sharingan). Sasuke and Itachi due to genjutsu and lighting manipulation, and Danzo if i did not posses the Sharingan so i would either steal eyes and over throw him also so i would be an elite "Root" nin
