i would put my money on Rinnegan Sasuke with JJ powers. He had plenty of dojutsu exp, he was already better at using ninjutsu than Naruto was, and he had plenty exp using senjutsu, so i personally believe having the Rikudou Senjutsu to go along with the ocular abilities and whatnot might be superior to RSM Naruto with a Rinnegan.
