but still noodle doesnt think logically like sasuke for example at the start where he was willing to give up his life for sakura and kakshi but sasuke gave out to him, told him reality if there out and the rest of the world tooo so sasuke thinks more realistically where as noodle doesnt

He can inspire people and rally them to fight, Sasuke insults them and is arrogant (major weakness, *prime* example being Oro vs *Hiruzen*).
He can protect his village better (using clones and sharing chakra), Sasuke is much more offensive oriented and even in this department Naruto has shown better capabilities.
Is determined and completely loyal towards Konoha, Sasuke is temperamental and easily manipulated.

Even Sakura would be a better choice for Hokage. Sasuke needs to be kept in check and can't rule anything by himself.
