I think Naruto simply because he can spam thousands of clones and trying to find and seal the original would be nigh impossible.

Dear god! Just imagine Hokage Naruto in RSM with Full Kurama + other bijuu chakras, hashiroid arms, experience, matured, refined chakra,etc. Add the perks of edo tensei (Immortal/unlimited chakra) and Naruto is beyond broken. He's spam nukes and 100,000 Kagebunshin.

Actually, it is infinite, not unlimited. Infinite meaning it continually increases when possible, but it still is limited to a max. We've seen plenty of examples, such as being sucked by the Holy Tree or being suppressed by Obito's barrier.

It's literally in the name. "Unlimited" means to have no limit. The resurrected have a limited chakra capacity.
