For me it would be Itachi and Obito.

Itachi isn't really fit as a sensei, same goes for Obito right now. They are both liars and they are both people who are/where alone, Itachi even at a young age was like that. The most suited to have students was Yahiko as he a strong feeling of friendship, companionship and trust with others.

Expect the fact that Obito is alone, untrustworthy and doesn't easily trust others either. It took him to almost destroy existence itself in order to just trust a single person.

But Obito would have more dedication for his students and comrades and teach them some valuable life lesson

I'd say Yahiko would be the best Sensei.. Even though we don't know too much about him. But, i'd much rather have Itachi or Obito as a Sensei.

if he progressed as he was he would have turned out great


however although Itachi does seem the obvious choice, he did say to sasuke he failed to trust and have faith in Sasuke, possible lack of faith in others attribute there?, as he was always relying on himself

Yahiko... He's an ambitious character with strong feelings for friendship, etc, he's a more social character than Itachi and Obito as well. Obito and Itachi is more powerful, sure, but strenght isn't the only thing a good sensei needs.
