Who would be a better Kage? Kakashi or Darui?

They are both pretty similar in personality, but Kakashi is more intelligent, more experienced, and probably stronger even without the sharingan.

I'm guessing that he has more experience because when people used to look at him they'd always be like: Gasp, It's Kakashi of the sharingan!: But he is definitely smarter by feats as he can deduce jutsu rather quickly and comes up with brilliant battle strategies.
