Who would be a better Hokage ? Naruto or Sasuke ?

Sasuke could become a Hokage, really. It's the same story as Hashi's and Madara's, so I'll vote for Sasuke

Anyway, Naruto as Hokage (loyal and more moral) with post-redemption Sasuke as adviser since they yin and yang. they make the prefect team able to balance each other's strengths and weaknesses. I've written about this before:

To clarify, I’m not talking about yin and yang nature transformations here. I’m talking about their life philosophies.
Yin and Yang is different from good vs. evil. They are not opposing forces. They are complimentary forces. Yin can’t exist without yang and vice versa. (In the western world, people see them as good vs. evil but this is not the case. I’ll use Star Wars as an example. The empire is evil. The Rebel Alliance is good. Good triumphs over and destroys evil, and have a happily ever after … until the sequel trilogy.) This is not the case with yin and yang. You need both yin and yang to have balanced decisions.
Naruto has very yang philosophy, while Sasuke has very yin philosophy. Together, they should make the perfect team, able to come to balanced decisions. If a certain weakness in Naruto prevents him from being the best Hokage, Sasuke advises him of that and vice versa. Problem solved. Naruto runs off to save people but Sasuke stops him and reminds that he is Hokage and must stay with the village. Sasuke gives "burn them all" advice, and Naruto says no and argues against it. Naruto wants to win a conflict by using talk no jutsu on everybody and their mother. Sasuke rolls his eyes, says that is unrealistic and can never happen. Each weakness in one is a strength in the other. In conclusion, Naruto should become Hokage with Sasuke as an adviser. They are opposites, and that makes them the perfect team.

Naruto . So obvious. He and sasuke maybe extremely strong but i feel naruto cares more about the village than anybody else does. Naruto will be accepted by the villagers too.

being hokage one must have many responsibility and just sitting in one room for making disisons and giving orders .

so i dont think naruto or sasuke are able to do it .it must be some one with intelligance like shikamaru....well naruto can be one due to his tnj mastered

Kishi probably intended to create chaos among the fans by having Sasuke want to be Hokage, he seems to enjoy setting the fans on each other.

This is true. I believe he did the same thing with Sakura and Hinata, making it look like both could have a relationship with Naruto in order to create heated arguments.

The only reason Naruto gave to be Hokage, is that he wanted recognition. Kind of a petty reason. Sasuke actually intends fix the problems the village has and the previous Kage's caused. But in the end, that only means Sasuke has a better motive, not that he would be a better Hokage, and we don't even know how he intends to do this. Until I see Sasuke actually care about the people he intends to lead, and not actually hate their living daylight points, Naruto, who would die for them in a heartbeat and cries when people who he doesn't even know dies, then I have to say Naruto. Even if he isn't the paperwork type, that isn't all there is to being Hokage, and he can just delegate those duties to his advisers.

On a slightly related Note, I think Snape would have made a great headmaster. He was headmaster temporarily, and had to work hard to protect the students while maintaining his cover and pretending to be loyal to Voldemort. Under normal circumstances, he would have been an awesome headmaster.

while both of them are powerful soldiers and can fight on their own, if an internal problem like the uchiha revolt arises then you gotta have tnj powers, you cant just amaterasu your own villagers like they are the enemies

additionally naruto can also make full use of his fellow shinobis by giving them fox cloaks, one person cannot handle everything

naruto by far is the better candidate yes he may be hot-headed and rash at times but thats the same as the raikage yet he does just fine there are people who can calm naruto down like sakura and shikamaru who in my opinion are the best choice for narutos advisors.

through this war naruto is progressing as a character he started the war thinking he shall be the one to end the war but through his encounters with people like itachi he now knows that he can trust in his friends and allies and that he doesn't have to be the one to shoulder everything.

also naruto is on good terms with each of the kages so he has a better chance with a stabilized friendship with the other villages which will benefit konoha far more greater
