Who won't be killed by Deidara's Self-Destruction jutsu?

I'm not a fanboy, I'm just wondering because Deidara might be overrated due to the fact that his last jutsu kills just about everything within I think 10 km? Yeah I think Minato won't die if he had a kunai somewhere farther than 10 km, Tobi won't if he uses S/T, could anyone Susano'o protect them from such an explosion? Just wondering, let me know who else if anybody can...

EDIT:i said minato because maybe he could mark a place far waway then when the bomb explodes he teleports away but this would requre him marking a location before the battle and thats why i said maybe.
