I think one of the Tsunades is actually Oro, That Pedo -_- , he even stole Tsunade's Identity.

Hiruzen and Hashirama have so much damn hype, they could live off of it for years. They could essentially float and traverse the ****ing abyss because of their hype. What is the abyss you ask? I have no ****ing idea, ask Hashi and Hiruzen.

Out of the three Sannin for some reason Jiraiya gets hyped the most. It was said by Ebisu that only he can match the power of Orochimaru. Jiraiya was said to be able to beat Itachi even if all of Akatsuki backed Itachi up. Once Pain killed Jiraiya, Pain said Jiraiya could have won if he knew Pain's secret. When Konoha realized that he died, Kakashi commented on how hard it would have been for Jiraiya to fight all six paths at once if he himself could only fight two. I think Tsunade also admitted inferiority to Jiraiya although I am not sure about this.
Orochimaru also got some hype. Hiruzen said that Orochimaru is stronger than anyone in the village including me. This also includes Jiraiya. Although Oro started looking pathetic after his defeat, no one feared him any more and his power waned considerably, but I believe prime Oro with his arms is the strongest Sannin and would beat Jiraiya.
