Only Naruto borrows power from others. Sasuke can be stripped of power. If the bijuus agreed, Naruto would be a basic ninja.

Sasuke has: itachi's eye(+1), hashirama's DNA(+1), orochimaru's chakra(whatever leftover there is from CS, +1), juugo's body(+1), kabuto's chakra(when healing sasuke, +1), and you can even count obito as a + 1, since he was the reason sasuke got EMS.

So it's 10 vs 7.

Same logic you're using. A piece of chakra means another person in a fight.
