IF Sasuke survives he'll most likely go with Sakura...just cuz of all the stuff I've seen and read from Kishi about that pairing HOWEVER Sasuke would be better with Karin.

Now, I am not a fan of EITHER of those pairings. I honestly can't imagine Sasuke going with ANYONE. If he did, it wouldn't be with a fan-girl, heck, he'd probably not want to remember his past so definatly not either of those two chicks.

In my opinion, although she is a minor character, TENTEN is most compatable with Sasuke. Why? Because she's not a fan-girl, she's talented with weapons, etc. (I know most people pair her with Neji or Lee but bear with me here) I know the TenTen and Sasuke pairing will NEVER happen but to me, it works better than anything else...

ya know, now that I think about it Temari could be compatable, maybe... (but she's pretty much with Shikamaru...)

Idk, Sasuke seems like a guy who'd go with calmer, more mature girls...I can't see him with anyone else...

sry to say this, but Naruto has a better chance at becoming Mrs.Uchiha than sakura or karin.
Naruto has demonstrated his love for sasuke so many times....
Naruto was emotionally shaken when the perv,oro, was goin to take sasuke's body. As a result, Naruto risked his life for the one he loved.
Subconsciously,sasuke loves naruto but he is in denial.... There is a reason y he didnt kill naruto in part 1....
By continuously chasing sasuke and putting his life on the line, Naruto has proven he is the #1 contender for becoming MRS.Uchiha
