Who will take Madara down ?

Either both of them or Sasuke. Madara is the villain that is fitting for Sasuke, while Naruto was fitting for Obito.

The thing is. when madara dies. the juubi is free again. who can seal him? or what happens then?

It's pretty obvious. Either he absorbs them all or split them apart and absorb Kurama. He has to absorb his old friend either way.

I believe Naruto & Sasuke will use their base Rasengan And Chidori, and will kill Madara..
And after Madara Dies Juubi becomes free. At this point Tenten plays her role and seals
away the juubi or gives Naruto/Sasuke the tools to seal him away (as it requires alot of chakra).
