But because of budget constraints the final product isn't as good. Almost all of us here watch anime illegally and they make no profit from it. You can't not pay for something and expect the final product to be good. Maybe if Naruto clamped down on illegal anime and forced everyone to pay to watch, quality would go up. They can't meet the audiences "expectations" because of budget constraints. If you don't have enough money to buy a hamburger, you can't just say "well I want the hamburger, f*** budget who cares about that I'm going to take it anyway". Now obviously they make a boatload of money off Naruto, I'm not debating that. But there's 400 episodes and it costs a lot of time and money to make each one. That's why only some episodes can be well animated and drawn.
See what I'm saying? The budget and final product are tied in together, you can't have a limited budget and produce a product as good as someone else with a large one. That's why movies are well animated and most episodes aren't.
So, if you're not happy with the product, support the anime so the product can be better.
