Wow, took me to school lol. Kabuto resurrected the Seven Swordsmen, who are individually weak besides Zabuza imo. Kabuto resurrected some shinobi for psychological warfare, instead for power. Do you honestly think that Neji's dad was as good as Neji when he was 16 or 17? Also, I can make a list of Neji's feats as an argument, but I am too lazy to do so. About Choji, he grew his butterfly wings without the help of the pills. Something no Akimichi has ever achieved.
