Who will make the best/worst sensei of the K12?

Best sensei: Shikamaru. Strategery = Happy Face
Worst: Sasuke. Stabbing Karin is all the evidence i need. Him, or Neji, who had a sudden case of the Deads.

Naruto can be a good motivational speaker but he's the worst possible teacher for aspiring ninjas. Kiba would be a better teacher.

Best Sensei's:
Neji, Shikamaru, Choji, Lee, and Tenten would all be good sensei's. Lee believes in hardwork and has the guts to never give up. Neji is already a jonin and has the right mindset of a leader. Choji inherited the Akimichi clans courage from his father. Shikamaru inherited Asuma's words and know the will of fire. Tenten...well there is something about Tenten that seems unique.

Average Sensei's:
Shino, Naruto, Sasuke, and Sai would be average sensei's. Shino might be quiet but he is smart. Naruto is strong but he is stupid. Sasuke is strong and smart but he wouldn't care enough about teaching anyone anything. Sai is kinda like Tenten.

Bad/Fodder Sensei's:
Hinata, Sakura, and Ino would be bad teachers. Sakura doesn't have any skill in ninjutsu. Ino is too soft and Hinata is clumsy and weak. You mad?

Well Lee wouldn't be an ideal Sensei cos Currently he knows no Ninjutsu Genjutsu and a Sensei needs to know at least two so he doesn't teach them primarily in one skill cos Seriously we wouldn't want 3 new Might Guy replicas that would be just like a stab in the back so here is my list

Best:Sakura:Kishi Stated That Sakura would make the best ninja instructor I believe this because of her protective caring personality her eskill in all areas Monster Strength for Taijutsu Medical Ninjutsu for Ninjutsu and Genjutsu she can dispel it so at least she knows something she can also summon and would be useful in team fights.another reason I chose her is because she can teach her pupils her excellent chakra control which is a key component of a ninja unless you only use Taijutsu *Cough* Lee

Worst:Choji:Choji Has horrid speed stamina ninjutsu and Genjutsu his personality is Fine but he lacks the strength and knowledge unlike the other K11 Choji only knows he's clans special ability meaning he can't really teach his Students anything he like lee focuses more on Taijutsu he has only has little skill in ninjutsu.And instead if training they'll probably be eating barbecue chips every time they throw a Kunai on target.

I Agree With Hinata but What are you talking about sakura has Ninjutsu She can Summon Katsuyu she has chakra Scalpel(Ninjutsu) and the most recognisable of all Medical Ninjutsu I don't even need brackets cos it has it in it's name.Ino isn't Soft if you see the way she treat Choji and shikamaru you'll know she'd far from soft bit she's stubborn head strong and courages so there my Point.

1. Naruto - He taught Konohamaru Rasengan. He has the ability to change people's hearts. His will of fire and ninja way are a great influence on his students. He's also capable of sage techs and can teach his students to harness sage chakra.

2. Sakura - She is the best for teaching her students chakra control, she could really help her students boost the strength of their bloodline techs + teach them basic medical skills.

3. Neji - While being influenced by Naruto, he can teach them Naruto's ideology but can't influence as effectively. His tactics could help his students learn strategy.

4. Shikamaru - Same as with Neji, he can teach his students tactics in battle but he's lazy and he can't teach Naruto's ideology like Neji can.

5. Sasuke - He's a very well balanced ninja and can teach his students in Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Taijutsu effectively. His only downfall is his personality. Sasuke would make for a Kakashi type of sensei.

6. Rock Lee - He's basically the same as Gai. Although protective of his students, he helps keep them motivated. Although Neji and Tenten have shown Gai can easily be made fun of and embarrassing. But if Gai has shown effective as a teacher, Lee would likely produce similar results.

7. Ino - she can teach her team the significance of teamwork in missions.

8. Sai - Sai has transformed a lot as a character due to Naruto's influence. He can teach his teams to follow what they think is right (Sai rebelled against Danzo because he thought he was in the wrong), but that can come back and haunt his students if they went rogue by finding out about the dark secrets of the village. Sai is also antisocial still, somewhat.

9. Tenten - All she can really do is teach her students how to use ninja tools.

10. Kiba - Lacks maturity but can show his students how important teamwork/relationships are through Akamaru.

11. Shino - Smart but too antisocial. His students would also take a disliking to him bc of the bugs honestly.

12. Choji - He's not mature enough for the job.

13. Hinata - She's just too soft. She can't prepare her students for the ninja life.
