[Discussion] Who will end up the best out of the Konoha 12 sans Naruto?

It's pretty clear that Naruto and Sauske are on a different level than the others. But who do you think will rise to become the best out of the next group?

I'd say the top 3 are Shikamaru, Neji, and Rock Lee.

-Neji is the only jonin and has shown himself as one of the most talented in his clan.
-Shika has proven himself at jonin level after the Hidan and Kakuzu fight. Shikamaru is like Batman. Underrate him at your own peril. He over 200 IQ is like a bloodline limit. No one is smarter than him.
-Even without molding chakra Lee also should be at jonin level. Lee should be able to have a punchers chance in any situation with the gates.

I don't see the others as strong. Some might say Sakura or Sai. Sakura based on the fact that she is said will pass Tsunade.

its astounding how many people compare strength to smartness,
is shikamaru so smart to the point where it makes him strong? yes he most certainly is, but what is shadow binding going to do to bugs swarming you draining all your chakra and killing you? or what if shino learns torunes technique, that'd put him on another level honestly, and choji can now go butterfly mode without the side effects, other then that i have yet to really see neji or lee do anything impressive since shippuden started, they got captured by CLONES of a 30% kisame, so 30/4 is 6r2 so basically a 6.2% strength of the regular kisame captured each one of them... thats kind of sad
